The arrest comes after allegations surfaced that Eng. Chisango, in collusion with four other officials already in custody, awarded a lucrative street lights tender to Juluka Enndo Joint Venture, a company owned by businessman Moses Mpofu, without following proper procedures. Ambience Reporter At least 46 people were injured after gunshots were fired during violent clashes at Element Minerals mine in Shamva on Thursday. The clashes erupted following an alleged attempt by a Zanu PF-linked group to seize the mine. The injured victims have been hospitalized in Harare and Shamva.
